YouTube: The Marketing Intelligence Lab Video Series
This channel exists for one reason: to make intelligence-led marketing accessible to everyone willing to evolve. Not surface-level tips, not recycled advice from other creators — real frameworks, real research and real implementations, from someone who has spent 12+ years executing in the field and now runs active academic research alongside it.
Every video connects to something real: a client pattern, a research finding, a framework component, or an honest observation about where the industry is heading.

Channel overview
Built for digital marketers who want to move beyond execution-only thinking, business owners who want to understand what intelligence-led marketing means in practice, students entering AI-driven marketing in Pakistan and globally, and anyone on the same learning journey.

Modern SEO with data science & machine learning
Active — building toward a complete computational SEO curriculum
SEO as it should be taught, with the mathematical foundations underneath.
Most SEO content teaches tactics. This playlist teaches the computational and statistical reasoning that makes SEO decisions defensible — and sustainable.
What this playlist covers
- How search engines actually work at an algorithmic level, beyond keyword density and backlinks

SEO with AI automation
Active
Where modern SEO meets programmatic execution.
Bridging the gap between understanding SEO intellectually and implementing it efficiently at scale, using AI tools, automation pipelines and intelligent workflows.
What this playlist covers
- AI tools for SEO — what they actually do versus what their marketing says
- Building automated SEO monitoring pipelines, beyond scheduled SaaS reports
- Content production workflows using AI, maintaining quality while scaling output
- Automated technical SEO auditing: custom Python scripts versus off-the-shelf tools
- AI-powered internal linking, content clustering and semantic architecture

Meta Ads with AI & machine learning
Active
Meta advertising beyond the Ads Manager dashboard.
Most Meta Ads content teaches button-clicking. This playlist goes underneath — to the algorithmic reality of how Meta’s systems work, and how ML can produce better decisions than the platform’s native optimisation.
What this playlist covers
- How Meta’s algorithm actually works — delivery, auction and relevance scoring, technically
- Machine learning for creative performance prediction, before the platform flags fatigue
- Audience modelling using behavioural signals, beyond interest targeting and lookalikes
- CLIP and ResNet applications for creative-audience fit analysis
- Programmatic Meta campaign management via the Graph API, not just Ads Manager
- Attribution reality — why Meta-reported ROAS is not true incremental return
- Incrementality testing on Meta: designing proper holdout experiments
Who it’s for: Performance marketers, media buyers and ecommerce brands moving beyond manual campaign management.
Content marketing with artificial intelligence
Active
Content marketing at the intersection of AI and strategic intent.
This is not about using a chat assistant to write blogs faster. It is about rethinking the entire content strategy process using AI intelligently, while maintaining the quality and strategic alignment that actually drives results.
What this playlist covers
- AI content strategy — using LLMs for research, ideation and framework development
- Content integrity and quality: using AI without producing generic, policy-violating or off-brand output
- Semantic content planning using NLP and topic modelling to build clusters that actually rank
- AEO and GEO content optimisation — writing for AI answer engines, not just Google
- Content performance analysis using ML, identifying decay before rankings drop
- The honest reality of AI content — what it can and cannot replace
- Building a sustainable content production system as a solo creator
Who it’s for: Content marketers, solo creators and marketing teams using AI tools who want to do it strategically rather than reactively.
How AI agents appear across these playlists
Marketing AI agents come in two architectures. Workflow agents — n8n, Make.com, Zapier — run a sequence defined in advance when a trigger fires. Autonomous agents decide their own next step from live data, which requires a model underneath. Two capability layers serve both: MCP for governed access to real tools and data, and skills for packaged, repeatable expertise.
Rather than a separate series, agents run through the existing playlists wherever they genuinely belong.

The line the channel keeps
- No agent decides what your real problem is. Diagnosis sets the direction of everything downstream.
- No agent approves spend above a set threshold. A model can recommend it; a person signs it off.
- No agent operates where the outcome cannot be measured. Without a feedback signal it optimises confidently toward the wrong thing.
- No agent writes claims about a brand. At scale, that becomes a liability faster than it becomes a saving.
The full channel-by-channel breakdown sits in the AI agents section.

Why subscribe
There are thousands of digital marketing YouTube channels. Most teach the same tactics, reference the same tools, and stay safely inside what is already well understood.
This channel exists to go further — to document what happens when 12+ years of real client experience meets active academic research in AI and data science, to teach frameworks most practitioners do not know exist, and to be honest about where the industry is heading even when that honesty is uncomfortable.
Data over opinion. Intelligence over reaction. Evolution over comfort.
Questions about the channel
What language are the videos in?
Urdu, English or a mix, depending on the topic and who it is aimed at. Conceptual and framework content tends toward English for an international audience; practitioner reality checks and Pakistani market content are often in Urdu or mixed.
How often do new videos publish?
At the pace that maintains quality rather than a fixed schedule. Every video is researched, scripted, recorded and edited by one person alongside an active client practice and a thesis-track degree. Publishing weekly regardless of whether there is anything worth saying would defeat the purpose of the channel.
Do I need a technical background to follow the content?
No for the flagship playlist, which is built for a general marketing audience. The computational SEO and Meta Ads playlists go deeper and assume some working familiarity with the channel in question, though concepts are explained rather than assumed.
Is any of this content AI-generated?
No. Workflow agents handle scheduling and distribution, which is how one person sustains this alongside client work. The research, scripting and narration are done by hand, because the credibility of this content rests entirely on the person producing it.
Is there a course or paid programme?
No, and there is no plan for one. The channel is free and stays free. The SaaS products in development are the commercial side of the mission; the teaching is not.

Where to go next
Want this applied to your account, not just explained?
The channel teaches the frameworks for free. If you would rather have them applied to your own data, the first conversation is about data gaps and pipelines.
