Clients Portfolio | 100+ Clients | 5+ Markets | 12+ Exp | Usman Saeed

Since 2014 I have worked with more than a hundred businesses — across Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the United States, the UAE, Canada and Turkey, in fifteen industries. Search was usually the way in: organic, paid, or both. For some it stayed a channel. For others it turned into advisory on the business itself.

1
Named clients, not stock logosEvery logo below belongs to a business I actually worked with. Names, markets, industries and years are listed so you can look any of them up.
2
A selection, not the whole listThis page shows the engagements I can document properly. Older work from the early years is not all recorded here, and nothing is padded to make the grid look fuller.
3
Method over promisesNo invented percentages and no borrowed case studies. Where a result can be evidenced it goes in a case study, not on a logo card.

What each client card shows

  • The business and its industry
  • Where it is based, and the market the work targeted
  • Which services were delivered
  • The year, or the years, of each engagement
  • A returning-client marker where the work came back
  • A link to the case study, where one exists

Filter the grid by market, industry or service — or type a name into the search box.

What I was hired to do

Most engagements started with search. Some stayed one channel, some became the whole funnel, and nine of them were advisory from the start — the business needed a decision, not a campaign.

SEO

Organic visibility built on the client's own search data

  • Technical audit, crawl and indexation fixes
  • Keyword and intent mapping against real demand
  • Service, location and category page architecture
  • Content briefs, on-page work and internal linking

Google Ads

Paid search accounts built, restructured and managed

  • Account and campaign structure from scratch or rebuilt
  • Search term mining and negative keyword discipline
  • Landing page and conversion tracking alignment
  • Bid strategy tied to what a customer is actually worth

Paid social

Meta and TikTok campaigns, including value-based bidding

  • Audience and creative testing frameworks
  • Pixel, CAPI and event quality fixes
  • Value-based bidding fed by predicted customer value
  • Budget split across prospecting and retention

Full-funnel

Every channel running under one strategy

  • One plan across organic, paid search and paid social
  • Shared measurement so channels stop claiming the same sale
  • Budget moved between channels on evidence, not habit
  • Monthly reporting in plain language

Consulting

Advisory on the business, not on a channel

  • Where the budget should sit, and why
  • Which customers are worth acquiring at all
  • Team structure, hiring and agency selection
  • Measurement and reporting a founder can actually read

Where the work has been

Six markets, fifteen industries. Pakistan is the largest share; the rest is split between the United Kingdom, the United States, the UAE, Canada and Turkey.

Three of the Pakistan-based clients sell entirely into the United States — their marketing, landing pages and ad accounts were built for a buyer in another country. That is the work international clients usually come for.

How the work changed

The early years were execution. A client wanted rankings, or leads from Google Ads, and the job was to deliver them — audits, pages, campaigns, reports. It worked, and most of the clients on this page came through that door.

What changed was the question clients started asking. Not “can you get me more traffic” but “which of these customers is worth acquiring”. That question cannot be answered with a keyword tool. It needs the client’s own data, a model, and someone who can read the output. That shift is why the recent work sits closer to data science than to campaign management.

So the work moved upstream. Predicted lifetime value instead of cost per click. Forecasts instead of reports. The advisory engagements are where it shows most clearly — clients who brought me in to shape the business, not to run a channel.

Questions people ask before hiring

Fifteen. The heaviest are B2B and professional services, and ecommerce and retail — then healthcare, printing and packaging, home services, education and training, and travel. Manufacturing, electronics and appliances, beauty, business setup, real estate, apparel services, luxury and food make up the rest. The industry filter on the grid shows the clients in each.

Yes — the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Canada and Turkey, alongside Pakistan. Some of the Pakistan-based clients sell entirely into the US, so that work is international too. Time zones have not been a problem in eight years of it; most of the work is asynchronous, with a fixed weekly call.

It starts with an audit, not a proposal — two weeks looking at the tracking, the search data and what the competition is actually doing. After that the shape depends on what the audit found: a retainer where a channel needs running, a project where something specific is broken, or advisory where the business needs a decision rather than execution. Some clients have come back years later for a second and third engagement.

Because the ones I can evidence belong in a case study, with the data behind them. A logo card with “+340%” on it proves nothing and is impossible for you to check. Where a client’s analytics can support a number, that client gets a case study and this page links to it.

Yes. Tell me which of the clients above is closest to your situation and I will ask them — I do not list contacts publicly, and I do not pass on a name without asking first.

An agency sells you hours against a channel. The thing that decides whether those hours pay off — which customers are worth acquiring, what they are worth over time, where the budget should actually sit — sits above the channel, and most agencies are not set up to answer it. That is the part I work on, and it is why the recent work is models rather than campaigns.
