Digital Marketing Case Studies:
The Work Behind the Results

Engagements run by an AI-Driven Digital Marketing Intelligence Consultant & Growth Engineer in Pakistan, for businesses across six markets. Each study shows the problem, the decision, the work and the result — so you can judge the method, not a percentage on a logo.

Every study follows the same four parts, so two very different businesses can be read side by side. Looking for the full client list instead? That is the portfolio.

In short

A case study here is a written account of one engagement: what the business was stuck on, which data pointed to the cause, what was built or changed, and what moved afterwards. Figures come from the client's own analytics, ad or CRM accounts, and a study is only published once the client has approved the numbers and the write-up. Where a result cannot be evidenced, no number is shown.

Featured case study

The study that best shows how the method works end to end — starting with a structural problem that no amount of extra traffic would have fixed.

Nature's Blends

Ecommerce & retailUnited KingdomShopifyE-commerce Revenue Engineering

A retail brand and a trade supplier, sharing one storefront

Nature’s Blends is a UK natural health brand selling black seed oil, honey and supplements direct to consumers — and, on the same storefront, cupping supplies to hijama practitioners, clinics and wholesale buyers. Those two audiences search in completely different language, buy on different cycles and carry different margins. A single funnel was being asked to serve both.

01 — ProblemA Shopify catalogue selling a commodity category — black seed oil, honey, shilajit — where marketplaces own the generic searches and the real margin sits in the second order, not the first.
02 — StrategyTreat the store as two audiences, not one: retail buyers searching by remedy, and hijama practitioners and wholesale buyers searching by trade. Judge acquisition on repeat value, not first-order return.
03 — ExecutionCategory and product architecture rebuilt around how each audience searches, the practitioner side given its own path, and claims and trust signals made consistent across the site.
04 — Result[Measured outcome over the engagement, from the client's own Shopify analytics and Search Console. Added once the figures are confirmed.]

The result row stays empty until the figures are pulled from the client's own analytics and approved. Nothing is published here on estimate.

Pakistan

Rebuilding category-page visibility after a full platform migration

A corporate gifting and packaging catalogue had been rebuilt and re-platformed more than once, leaving its category and sub-category pages thin and competing for the same B2B terms.

Printing & packaging · Organic Visibility

Pakistan

Search and paid landing pages for a Lahore web studio

A studio with hundreds of delivered projects had no page that could rank for, or convert, the city-level searches its buyers were actually making.

B2B & professional services · Organic Visibility + Google Ads

Pakistan

Winning category searches back from marketplace listings

A household appliance brand was easier to find on marketplaces than on its own site. Model and category pages carried the demand but had no search presence of their own.

Electronics & appliances · Organic Visibility + Google Ads

Pakistan

Filling course intakes from search, not ad spend alone

A training institute added a page for every new course, but intakes depended on paid campaigns. Searches for course names were landing on the wrong pages, or on competitors.

Pakistan

Separating brand demand from category demand

The store ranked comfortably for its own brand name and almost nowhere for the category and seasonal searches that bring in customers who have not heard of it yet.

Apparel & retail · E-commerce Revenue Engineering

United Arab Emirates

Clearing keyword cannibalisation in a crowded setup market

A business-setup consultancy had several pages chasing the same terms, so none ranked cleanly against long-established UAE competitors. The fix was structural, not more content.

The method

How Every Case Study on This Site Is Built

Each study follows the same five stages. That is what makes two engagements in different industries comparable, and it is why the write-ups spend as much space on the decision as on the result.

  1. 1

    Data audit

Tracking, CRM and platform data are checked for gaps before any number is trusted. Most engagements find at least one broken signal here.

  2. 2

    Problem identification

The real growth constraint is named and sized using the client's own data, not an industry benchmark.

  3. 3

    Strategy

Channel, model and budget choices are tied directly to that constraint, with the alternatives written down and ruled out.

  4. 4

    Precision execution

The plan is built, launched and tuned in a fixed, documented order, so cause and effect stay readable.

  5. 5

    Measured outcome

Results are reported against the baseline and the KPIs agreed at kickoff, over the real engagement length.

Why the method is shown

A result without the reasoning behind it cannot be repeated. Showing the stages is what lets you judge whether the same approach would fit your own business, rather than taking a percentage on trust.

The full framework is on my framework, and how an engagement runs is on the engagement process page.

Evidence rules

What You Can Trust in Every Case Study

These four rules are the reason there are fewer case studies here than clients in the portfolio. An engagement that cannot meet all four does not get written up.

Client's own data

Every figure comes from the client's Google Analytics, Search Console, ad platform or CRM. No third-party traffic estimates.

Method shown in full

Each study explains what was done and why, not only what was achieved. The reasoning is the point.

Client-approved publishing

Names, logos and numbers appear only after the client has read the write-up and cleared it.

Honest timeframes

Results are reported over the real engagement length, against the baseline agreed at kickoff.

Questions

Questions About These Case Studies

The portfolio lists every client that can be documented, with the industry, market, services and years. The case studies go deeper into selected engagements, showing the problem, the strategy, the execution and the measured before-and-after results. A logo card proves who the work was for; a case study proves how it was done.

Results come from the client’s own Google Analytics 4, Search Console, ad platform and CRM data, compared against the baseline agreed at the start of the engagement. Nothing is estimated from third-party traffic tools, and nothing is reported over a window shorter than the engagement itself.

Because a study is only published when the data can be evidenced and the client has approved it. Older engagements often predate the tracking that would make a write-up honest, and some clients prefer not to be written about in depth. The portfolio shows the full record; this page shows what can be documented properly.

Case studies are tagged by industry and market across fifteen sectors, including ecommerce and retail, B2B and professional services, healthcare, education, real estate and home services. If nothing published matches your situation closely, say so when you get in touch and the closest comparable engagement can be walked through directly.

Most marketing engagements run for around six months on a three-month minimum. Paid media usually shows movement within the first few weeks, while organic visibility and predictive models compound over several months. Every study states its own timeframe for exactly this reason.

Yes. Work spans the United Kingdom, the United States, the UAE, Canada and Turkey alongside Pakistan. Some Pakistan-based clients sell entirely into the US, so that work is international too. Most of it is asynchronous, with a fixed weekly call.

Yes, where the engagement has a clear baseline and agreed KPIs from the start. That is set up during the audit, before any work begins, because a result cannot be evidenced after the fact if nothing was measured before it. Publishing is always the client’s decision.

No. A case study shows what happened for one business, in one market, at one point in time, with its own budget and starting position. The method transfers; the numbers do not. Any consultant who guarantees a specific result is guessing.
